Seeking the following:


FIELD SURVEYOR: VEI is seeking an individual for field survey work. Civil, commercial and residential GPS surveying and staking.  Full-time position with excellent benefits. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Field Survey experience is preferred.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage your schedule and deadlines.
  • Must have dependable transportation and steel-toed boots.
  • Must be able to lift 40-pounds and work outdoors.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER: VEI is seeking an engineer experienced in commercial and residential structural and foundation design investigations. Hydrology experience (flood studies) a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1-year PE design experience.
  • MUST HAVE Texas PE license in good standing.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage your schedule and deadlines.

TEXAS RPLS: VEI is seeking a Texas licensed RPLS who is hands-on and has solid technical experience. This position will work closely with everyone in our small company and with a variety of clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess current Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor license
  • 2 – 5 years experience as an RPLS
  • Proficient in AutoCad and MS Office suite
  • Good time-management and communication skills
  • Clean driving record

CIVIL DESIGN TECHNICIAN: Civil design (grading, paving, drainage, utilities), Single family, multi-family, commercial. AutoCAD / 3D. Minimum 4 yrs experience civil drafting/design.
